Inbound phone customer service/technical support. Handle technical support questions via phone, with video capability. Interact with tax software customers via phone, focusing on tax related questions, stats entry and navigation. Research, analyze and determine an appropriate course of action for customers Use screen share to assist Customer via video. Document issues and follow up actions. Be a positive representative for the company and the tax software product.
